Why meditate?

Shift from 'Mindful-Mess' to 'Mindful-Ness'

"He who looks outside dreams, he who looks inside awakes."
Carl Gustav Jung

Meditation, the most powerful mind tool ever developed.
Activates the 5th Neurosomatic Circuit (See 8 Circuits of Consciousness Model)
Which means we let go of our Physical, Emotional, Logical and Social circuits and become the witness of our bodily sensations, emotions and our thoughts instead of identifying with them.
Leads to a blissful witnessing zen state of mind (comparable to Marijuana)
A better connection between mind and body (Hypnosis & NLP also work on the 5th Circuit).
Multidimensional thinking as patterns, habits, programming and conditioning lessen.
Meditation has been proven to improve creativity, intelligence, memory, alertness.
It has been shown to improve physical, mental, and emotional health.
By looking within we can really know and experience reality, instead of being limited to our beliefs or intellectual conceptions of it.
We gain the freedom to choose whether or not to act on our thoughts and emotions.
We learn to distinguish between objective reality and our mental and emotional dramas.
Increase synchronicities, as the objective outside and the subjective inside worlds merge in a wonderful dance of meaningful coincidences.
Integrates left and right brain functioning. Increases intuitive capabilities.
Purifies the Nervous System (What a positive name btw :p)
Align to the Quantum source energy vibration, a Quantum Symphony.
Awaken the dormant Kundalini at the base of the spine to energize & evolve us.
Brain functioning shapes the content of daily experience, in turn each experience shapes the brain.

Meditating twice daily, in the morning right after waking up and in the evening before dinner, is optimal for becoming a more integrated, healthy, conscious being on the road to conscious evolution and enlightenment.

"Only in quiet waters things mirror themselves undistorted. Only in a quiet mind is adequate perception of the world."
Hans Margolius

"Disconnected from the previous goals and survival concerns of Circuits 1-4, this center is the opening of the five senses as the chief source of all life and relevant information. Being Here Now. The natural sensory rhythms and impulses of the body uncensored by mental, emotional or moral intervention. The hedonic needs for rapture, bliss and ecstatic experience. The post-survival quest for nirvana."
Antero Alli about Circuit 5

Sanity - Sanitized
If your consciousness is not sanitized, how can you be sane?

"You're just left with yourself all the time, whatever you do anyway. You've got to get down to your own God in your own temple. It's all down to you, mate."
John Lennon
