The computer said it was in but I could never find it until I finally looked for it under the non-fiction section. It was under Arts & Crafts lol.Auberon Barnablehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11506407621678324563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7336380116614011842.post-12336718013582407572008-12-05T20:31:00.000+01:002008-12-05T20:31:00.000+01:00Cheers , but please excuse [m]any mistakesCheers , but please excuse [m]any mistakesaferrismoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10323962086698914361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7336380116614011842.post-4129834745545403112008-12-05T19:31:00.000+01:002008-12-05T19:31:00.000+01:00Cheers for the hint to check out more of your blog...Cheers for the hint to check out more of your blog. Thanks for the advice aferrismoon!

Yeah the Campbell book is designed to be read along with Finnegan's. I have a habit of trying to understand completely everything I read. I think I just need to treat this as poetry er prosetry and plow through it.Auberon Barnablehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11506407621678324563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7336380116614011842.post-55784920945475189292008-12-05T17:11:00.000+01:002008-12-05T17:11:00.000+01:00Oh thanks aferrismoon! Yet I was surprised at the fun I had reading the English. I don't try to understand it, and just read it like I'm on a journey of hilarious discovery of sorts.

I'd love to read that Campbell book too (any campbell book ;p), but only after finishing the Wake.

Have not heard about those other works you mentioned, will them out thanks!

Btw ready/read typo (I assume you meant ready), cool sync ;p hehe.

Peace!Dedroidifyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04099287776750072366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7336380116614011842.post-4434353149878927182008-12-05T16:58:00.000+01:002008-12-05T16:58:00.000+01:00I have tried on several occasions to get into Finn...I have tried on several occasions to get into Finnegan's but I guess I'm just not yet read and this annoys me to no end. I recognize its potential to "change my mind" in ways similar to Cortazar's "Hopscotch" or Marquez' "One Hundred Years of Solitude". I hear "A Skeleton Key to Finnegans Wake: Unlocking James Joyce's Masterwork" by Joseph Campbell is a great companion but I still haven't had any luck finding it locally.Auberon Barnablehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11506407621678324563noreply@blogger.com
