Apparently the police wants to put the protestor in court for resisting arrest and some other bullshit, the man's lawyer wrote to the police "if you want to put the man on trial for wounding the cop's fist with his jaw, better think again" lol. This isn't the first time Johnny Cardona has done something like this, in a video of last month he is shown assaulting a woman with pepperspray.

A belgian cop kicking a cuffed and sitting protestor in the face. Fortunately this cop will be sued for Assault and Battery.

I can't read the comments anymore to these events on news sites and youtube, cause apparently some idiots are convinced that protestors are drawing out these reactions. Now I'm pretty convinced this isn't always the case and even if they were, what gives a cop the right to forget about civil rights and punch or kick someone square in the face? How stupid do you have to be to support that? Don't these idiot commenters and police realize these protestors are fighting for all our future?

Just a reminder of what happened in Canada and how the cops got caught red handed with their Provocateurs wearing the same standard issue riot police boots... trying and failing to depict peaceful protestors as violent rioters so the people "learn their place" and forget about "silly notions like standing up for themselves"... Cutbacks in countries around the world, set society back half a century so they can give the money to the banks, the same banks that got billions of aid from governments just recently.

Riot police are beating protestors anywhere with an unbelievable brutality, do these fucking complacent idiots not realize the protestors are protesting for their precious future as well? Fucking worthless servants of their 'masters'.

The Belgian political parties have finally reached some agreement on how to form a government, small detail, the party that won the election is not involved in the talks... :) They have reached agreements over how to split an infamous voting district (I don't know anybody who gives a fuck about this district), and more importantly the new finances, all these agreements will of course be worth completely nothing when the shit hits the fan and the economy completely breaks down. How will you balance a budget with no money?

In Norway a right wing extremist and self proclaimed Templar Knight almost wiped out an entire island filled with, mostly white, youths. The police - who don't carry guns - took over an hour to fucking reach it while citizens were evacuating kids with boats... Eye witness reports of a second gunman were dismissed.

Chavs in Britain destroyed the Peaceful Protesting Wave across the world, looting small business owners just as much as big shops and setting houses of innocent people on fire. Kids were robbed of their fucking clothes by their fellow youths. Good job chavs, way to stick it to the man. The Arabian spring in the Middle East is freeing lots of people from dictatorships so it can be replaced by a pseudo-representative democracy as we have in the west, which is nearly as much a dictatorship. What are the Middle Eastern populations doing? Fleeing their countries and overwhelming the west, the Italian island of Lampedusa has 40.000 refugees alone. In Belgium recently refugees were put on the streets after they filled a train station with their trash and excrement, what is a government to do with all these refugees?

The International community has helped Libia free itself from Kadhafi, Syria however, where journalists are not allowed in, protestors are still being shot daily since march... and where people were killed at fucking funerals for god's sake, is not getting that help.

The plans for a European Government were recently dismissed, however what do we hear in the news in Europe everyday? New laws and regulations that have to be met because of Europe... It's already here ffs. One of these wonderful laws: cycling paths should be flawless across Europe! You know, shit that matters.

Smoking bans in pubs seem ridiculous, but they have a great benefit, the people gather less to talk about how they're being fucked in the ass by governments. The big majority of pubs is of course losing tons of money.

How about the missing wreckage of the plane in Pennsylvania, or the "missile" (quoting Rumsfeld and the 9/11 commision chairman) oops I mean plane, that hit the (section under renovation at the) Pentagon? You know what is the biggest indicator to me that something is wrong with the official version? According to William G Gray's book Inner Traditions of Magic we need to know some symbolic knowledge of the four Archangels if we want to play with some Ritual Magick, so I'm helping out a bit by sharing some of Gray's information and some random extra tidbits.

Fertility figure. Lord of resurrection who triumphs over death by the potency of love.
He personifies compassion and feeling, tenderness and strength combined.
Typifies our great need of loving and being loved, desire of conviviality, our deepest necessicity for true spiritaul sustenance, without which we might as well not live at all.
Concern is with the kinder side of humanity.
Represented as mature being connected with our more peaceful pursuits, consolidation of gains, enjoyment of existence.
He directs our attention to the moral as distinct from the intellectual side of the mysteries.
Presides of the companionship that should prevail in every circle.
Pervasive angel, cooling hot-headedness, soothing irritations, generally dissolving most difficulties capable of solution by such means.
Tears of gabriel wash away the sorrows of our world, because they are tears of sympathetic and understanding love.
Provides confidence to face death in no particularly brave or heroic manner, but quietly and normally as part of our Eternal Existence.
Gabriel convinces us that love is immortal, and as products of it, so are we.

The Sword-Bridge

Inevitably there comes a point upon the Inner Path where further advancement seems quite impossible and all past efforts an utter waste of time. Everything has become a dead end and a dead loss... Whatever degree we undergo, a corresponding change will take place in us, perhaps for better, sometimes for worse, but always for a distinct difference in consciousness as a result.

Chasms of Consciousness

What in fact has happened, is that we come to the point where nothing but some marked alteration of awareness will provide us with opportunities for making progress along that particular Path. It is as if while walking along a road, we came to a river and had to proceed by boat, swimming, building a bridge, or flying across. The Path would be the same, but the means of keeping to it quite changed. This happens when we come to spiritual 'standstill points' where we must either be prepared to change our methods of consciousness and get past the apparent barrier, or wander forlornly around the same circles again, looking for some other outlet. All outlets from those circles would actually present the same problem in various ways.
When we come to these 'Chasms of Consciousness in spiritual Dimensions, the first decision must naturally be wether or not to attempt a crossing, and the second issue is the nature of the transition. The Great Abyss for instance is crossed by the Sword-Bridge, to symbolize the necessity for physical death, the passage of the soul being represented by the Line of Light along the edge of the Sword. Liberated from flesh by the point of the Sword, the soul flies Lightward by way of the Lightline towards the hilt, where it comes safely to the Hand of God which wields the Weapon. The principles of this aplpy to all chasm-crossing. We must be prepared to 'die', or part from our existing formalization of ideas which bind us to materialized beliefs, so that we may follow the path of pure power straight to its spiritual source beyond the confines of consciousness from which we would emerge into fresh fields of illumination.
Unless we are ready to sacrifice the 'body' of our ideas on the Point of the Sword, and send their 'soul' Inwards to Light, we shall cross no chasms to gain new life among the splendours of resurrection. In other words, when we come to an Inner Space our working consciousness cannot span, we must sacrifice whatever fixed formulations (or bodies) we hold our ideas in, while projecting their 'souls' or principles Inwardly towards the Light of Truth for rebirth in another form (or body) which is suitable for life in conditions pertaining to the other side of the chasm.
In some ways we do this all the time. For example if we follow an idea so far in words that it will go no further with much gain of meaning, then we might cross a chasm with it, and sacrificing the 'word body' resurrect the idea in a 'music body', a 'sculpture body', or perhaps a 'mathematical body'. We have retained the 'soul' of the same idea all along the line, but re-incarnated it in various forms to express it in different dimensions or conditions of conscious existence. The same principle applies to ourselves throughout our differing incarnations as materialized mortals. We get from one life to another across the Depths of Death, much as we follow a Lightline over any other Abyss.

Crossing the Abyss

In the spiritual dimensions of existence where Initiates of the Mysteries may be classed as inhabitants, very considerable alterations of consciousness indeed may be required between one side of an Abyss and another. So marked a change in fact, that it might almost amount to a reversal of polarity or entire revolution of nature. This is not unlike the phenomenon of what was called 'conversion', or the acceptance of quite different values, by what could be termed a 'standing jump' usually precipitated by some impacting event. One might perhaps be justified in thinking of this as being kicked or shot over a chasm. Such a drastic change, however, is not 'instant evolution'. We may become different beings from an expressional standpoint, but we do not become immediately better or more highly evolved souls just because we have crossed chasms into other conditions of consciousness. Man does not reach Godhood with even his wildest leap. The Lightning-Flash symbol from top to bottom of the Tree shows the instantaneous contact of Divinity with Humanity, but the spirally winding Serpent clearly indicates the upward Path of an evolving human soul. The down-pointing Sword symbolizes our means of bridging the gaps between our differing states of awareness by voluntarily sacrificing one formation of consciousness for another via the Line of Inner Light.

Exercise

Whenever you are faced with a challenge, try the following. With deep relaxed breathing (as always) see a dark deep chasm preventing you from going on, the chasm is the size of your issue and across is steady ground. Then visualise a big majestic Sword or wizard-like Staff, representing your current spiritual progress. If the Sword/Staff is big enough to act as a draw bridge, let it fall in place and become the bridge, and you cross the chasm and overcome your challenge.
I'm using this now for when I'm about to lose my temper or patience with something and it has worked out amazingly so far, during the afternoon of the first day I was starting to do this, my best friend who I had fallen out with for a few months contacted me and we are buddies again for which I'm truly grateful beyond words!

Importance of Inner Understanding

Let no one imagine that if they were duly pushed through all the Rites of the Mysteries, and met every Master available who told them every secret there was, and whatever teaching they demanded, all this incredible experience would make one iota of difference to their fundamental being by itself. In any case, the genuine Mysteries do not work in such a fashion. Real 'Teaching' comes to and through the individual Initiate himself, via his Inner contacts with sources of spiritual enlightenment.
This true teaching and learning cannot come through books, lectures, or ordinary verbal instructions. These may inform, but they do not teach. Information collects in a mind, but teachings changes an entire soul because it is imparted by Spirit. An informed person is not necessarily a truly instructed one. In 'occult' circles, it is not uncommon to encounter those with books and equipment valued at perhaps thousands of pounds, yet with no real Inner Understanding. Possibly in the same room may be a much more advanced soul with no literary possessions to speak of, or any great intellectual achievements, who, by direct contact with Inner Wisdom has acquired truths beyond the power of death to take away.
This is why it is considered 'un-Wise' in the Mysteries to rely overmuch on written matter and accumulations of what has been lightly termed 'Occult haberdashery'. We lose all our physical properties at death, and our mental stock-cupboard soon becomes exhausted or valueless as we change our nature. Only the Inner Realities of Spirit substationally remain with our souls, and those are to be obtained by our accomplishments in their particular force-fields.
At one time, a few of the stricter Schools forbade Initiates to write of any spiritual subject, or even to read about them. This was not for the sake of mere secrecy itself, but to compel the Initiate to seek Truth Inardly rather than from externals. They were allowed to communicate their traditions orally within a Circle of their own Companions only. This was to ensure that the Spirit of Wisdom which comes to those who 'gather in the Name', did so under the most favourable conditions for its reception.
One of the commonest questions asked in all sincerity by Neophytes is: 'What shall I read to help me on my Path?' Very few would accept the truth that only fractional representations of spiritual Verities can be made in human words, and they would be better employed seeking these within themselves than looking for them in other people's findings and opinions.
Nothing except sheer experience of life will get the notion out of their heads that the more they stuff themselves with second-hand arcana the more Initiated they will be. They might as well try to appease hunger by reading an account of a banquet on a menu card, or dress themselves from the illustrations in a catalogue. All that books can do is supply information on methods. They do not, and never have supplied the means.
The craving for sheer information is natural enough to modern Westerners however, though it should be guided into useful channels where possible. Recommending books is always a difficult matter on account of individual needs, but on the whole probably the best idea is to suggest reading that encourages the seeker to look for Light Inwardly, and proposes methods of approaching this spiritually vital problem. Whatsoever deals directly with these topics, and inspires a reader to do, be, and become a more perfectly evolved soul, is worth recommendation. The rest is intellectual entertainment, worth while for mental decoration and display, but scarcely likely to result in betterment of actual being.
This should not signify that intellectual achievements are to be despised or belittled, but they must be placed in proper perspective when seen by the Light of Illumination. They are means and not ends in themselves. If they are sought as useful means to assist the spiritual development of a conscious entity, then they have values in the eyes of Inner Awareness. If on the other hand, they are acquired purely for personal gratification and advantage, then they are worth no more than exactly that. By themselves they will not lead us along the Line of Light towards Divinity, but only to a simulated state of self-importance. Therefore they should not be sought for their own sake, but for a higher use they might serve.
Once more it is a case of seeking the Kingdom first, and then making necessary additions afterwards. If we face facts honestly, we shall find most individuals are drawn towards the Mysteries by the hope and desire of having new and thrilling experiences of consciousness or gaining superior powers over others. To put matters crudely, they are looking for kicks. The genuine Mysteries have a good way of dealing with such approaches - they offer neither thrills nor unfair advantages over anyone. No wonderful visions, exalted experiences, incredible personal powers, sensational successes with sex and finance. Nothing in fact, except hard spiritual effort with no particular reward except in its own achievement. Faced with such a disappointing prospect, sensation seekers soon abandon the purlies of the Holy Mysteries and look elsewhere for excitement. Who shall blame them?

Belief and Faith is an absolute pre-requisite in all matters connected with the Mysteries. We are definitely and clearly told to 'Believe first'. For those who say: "I cannot believe in anything", the rather odd counsel is to believe firmly and positively in NOTHING as an Absolute, and out of This will eventually emerge Everything. Ex Nihil Omnis Est.

A useful formula in connection with Faith is the well-known "Ohms Law"

Amount = Pressure / Resistance

This shows in the simplest ways the relative factors concerned. The obtain a given amount of faith we must either increase pressure, decrease resistance, or both. It might appear that resistance should be removed altogether, but this would be highly unwise. A proportion of resistance is strictly necessary in order to maintain balance. We are all too familiar with what happens in the case of those who believe unrestrictedly and indiscriminately in anything. Fanaticism, insanity, and all kinds of stupidities arise from blind credulity and unreasoning enthusiasms coming from usually sincere but quite unjustified faith. Belief must always be qualified by discrimination in order to obtain good results. Another way of expressing the formula is

In other words what might happen is the outcome of Will over Won't.

So while Faith is a vital necessity, it must be effectively controlled with Wisdom if it is to be a practical proposition in working the Mysteries well. The position may be crudely but soundly summed up in the ale-house adage: "In God we trust - All others, cash!" We can only afford unreserved, complete and unresisting Faith in the Supreme Spirit Itself.

Woooooo, first of all big thanks to Keith B!

I'm finally living at my new place since a few days, still crazy busy with installing & organizing the place etc. I'm really enjoying it here, it's a totally different lay-out than my last appartement and living room so feels very new, and it's a real cozy place with a nice terrace in the back. Great neighborhood too, very open and green compared to the big city row-house street I'm coming from, and close to the beach and dunes (SANDWORMS!). Posting won't be returning back to normal right away but I'm working on getting there asap!

Alienpunk and yours truly also went to see Sublime with Rome and it was great fun, we were in two traffic jams cause of accidents and were on the road for six hours getting there but made it just in time, the opener band Jaya the Cat had just finished when we arrived and we had just enough time to get ourselves a drink and get a good spot! Cause of the fun we were having catching up etc we barely even noticed we were on the road this long, it was the GPS that showed us cause we noticed we took an hour to drive five kilometers to an exit :P Great concert & road trippy, awesome vibes and everybody shaked and sang along to the old songs. Thanks again for the fun Alienpunkdizzle!

Humanity needs Gods more than anything else, and should learn how to find Them as Inner Realities expressed through whatever Telesmic Image links their common consciousness together. So I'm guessing 900 masochists, christians, sadists, etc. My opinion on Euthanasia is mind your own fucking business, what fucking right do you have to condemn someone who wants to end their own suffering. Terry Pratchett, author of the fantastic Discworld books and sufferer of Alzheimers, just became even more honorable in my view for working on this documentary.

Goodreader for Ipod/pad/phone

Finally I found a pdf reader that allows me to copy my pdfs from my harddisc! It's the first and probably only app I will ever buy for my Ipod. It's ridicously small to read ofcourse, but just as decent as reading web text so works fine for me. I already copied a few RAW and PKD books, a Song of Fire and Ice, a few NLP books and more I will share when I've read some good stuff on the move when this busy. All the other apps just offered some free books to choose from, bah!
I'd actually love something like this on pc, having my last page automatically saved is so much fun for someone like me who likes to read ten books at a time lol.
If you don't have iOS 4.0 but lower, you can't use USB to transfer in itunes, but you can enable a wireless network folder within the app, and just copy pdf's in your web browser on your computer to your iThingy.
Speaking of pdfs, during the move I dropped off the wrong old computer at the container park and lost my pdf library of over 50GB :P ouch. Not to mention the audiobook library, and music, oh data! How you will be missed (and downloaded again :P). I'll be moving to my new place the 20th when Internet should finally be activated there.

We have another video of a raid by the Columbia Police Department. The action starts at 5:30. There’s more violence. More perfunctory dog killing. (They threw five, then, bizarrely, two more “to prove that the previous 5 grenades had done no damage.”) This raid, once again, was for marijuana.

I’ve become somewhat inoculated to the outrage in many these stories. I think you probably need to in order to write about this stuff every day. But I was shaking while watching this one. Then I let out a string of profanities. Then I gave my dog a hug.

All of which is why you need to watch it. And help distribute it as far and wide as the Columbia raid video from last year. (Please note the first line of the article: "A violent drug raid posted to YouTube catches fire online. But the only thing unusual about the raid is that it was caught on video.") This isn’t like watching video of a car accident or a natural disaster. This doesn’t have to happen. You’re watching something your government does to your fellow citizens about 150 times per day in this country. If this very literal “drug war” insanity is going to continue to be waged in our name, we ought to make goddamned sure everyone knows exactly what it entails. And this is what it entails. Attachment to "past" is part of the linear illusion. There are infinite pasts. What we remember as past -- we can use it, change it, or let it go.

"The future" is actually an infinite number of futures. "It" is not determined by the past, only by what we conjure, summon and create for ourselves in the now. We have an empty slate, and all possibilities we can imagine are available to us.

The present is not a result of the past, either. Everything we experience in the present moment is telling us about who we are, right now. now. now. now. Physical reality is a mirror.

The drama and trauma of the old paradigm is worn out. We've experienced all of that over and over again. We're creating a new world now, and so many of the old rules don't apply because we're realizing we are so much more than we thought we were. We can simply let go of old ideas that no longer serve us. Now is the time.

If you don't know what to watch (download), I highly recommend Game of Thrones from HBO. It's based on the novels A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin which is one the famous epic fantasy series out there. Stellar acting and plotlines, off to a great start. I'm especially enjoying Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, in fact, all the actors do an amazing job.
Considering the unintentionally funny Camelot (skinhead Merlin anyone? surferboy brat-overnight Arthur anyone? :p) - which stunningly is about a thousand times worse than the British Merlin series, it's welcome evidence that some tv makers still give a damn about what they show.

Storyline

Seven noble families fight for control of the mythical land of Westeros. Political and sexual intrigue abound. The primary families are the Stark, Lannister, and Baratheon families. Robert Baratheon, King of Westeros, asks his old friend Eddard Stark to serve as his chief advisor. Eddard, suspecting that his predecessor had been murdered, accepts so that he can investigate further. The Queen's family, the Lannisters, may be hatching a plot to take control. Across the sea, the last surviving members of the previously deposed ruling family, the Targaryens, are also plotting a return to power. The conflict between these families and others, including the Greyjoys, the Tullys, the Arryns, and the Tyrells, leads to war. Meanwhile, in the north, an ancient evil awakens. Amidst war and the political confusion, a brotherhood of misfits, The Night's Watch, is all that stands between the realms of men and the horrors beyond.

Another happy NLP testimonial (revisited)

I asked S. from England to reformulate her testimonial cause something very interesting happened that didn't get the attention it deserved, she saw and felt her trauma as a deep pink entity in front of her and got the sense she could remove it entirely by repeating the NLP sensory exercise we were doing, and so she did! What's interesting is with NLP, when the client thinks they are more empowered and more in control of what they are trying to remove or replace, then the exercise is taken a step further to assure total success with it. When we initiated the last step, she saw and felt the trauma, and then with the exercise drained it away, we could not do the exercise again as there was no trauma left to treat!

"After having such total success with my first NLP session, I agreed to my friends kind offer of helping with a second trauma that I had experienced some time ago. This had affected me the most of the two and with other methods of help I had tried in the past it had seemed to have somehow got all confused in my mind (hard to explain) but I was feeling the emotion of it and having panic attacks but totally unable to visualise the specifics of the incident. It made it hard for me to cope with it because the feelings of panic would come quite suddenly and without warning and I had absolutely no control. It wasn't disturbing my sleep much but was disturbing my waking day a lot. I would often not go out and mostly felt unsafe if I was alone whether at home or outdoors. I had little to no trust of anyone including friends and it became, again just a way of life that I coped with but it was impacting on me and preventing me from moving on with stuff that I knew I needed to do. I wasn't sure if my friend could help because I was unable to visualise this but of course he could.

It was hard for me to attempt this at first but I was soon put at ease. The most amazing thing was that at the decisive phase of the process, I felt overwhelmingly safe and absolutely certain that I could now go on to deal with this and was finally ready to move on. At the end when I thought it was over and felt more in control of it, my friend said "ok do it again", suprised I thought ok, this is reinforcement now and continued. Then suddenly, there it was, right there in front of me, so obviously there and I had somehow given it a colour, it was the deepest pink and it was my trauma and I knew without doubt that I could now change it and remove it entirely, I destroyed it completely, total annihilation!. I can't express well the feeling I got from watching and feeling this emotional nightmare being drained away and obliterated entirely from deep inside me and remember repeatedly saying "It's gone!!!" with this huge smile on my face, I was so happy :) It really was an amazing moment, feeling completely calm and at peace, totally relieved that I had finally been able to remove this whole thing that had deprived me of so much in life.

Again, I am eternally grateful, thank you so much for putting the pieces back together and helping me :)"
