Queen: Innuendo

Queen: Innuendo

Check out the "masquerade pyramid" at 3.30

While we live according to race, colour or creed
While we rule by blind madness and pure greed
Our lives dictated by tradition, superstition, false religion
Through the eons, and on and on
Oh yes we'll keep on tryin'
We'll tread that fine line
Oh we'll keep on tryin'
Till the end of time

Through the sorrow all through our splendour
Don't take offence at my innuendo

You can be anything you want to be
Just turn yourself into anything you think that you could ever be
Be free with your tempo, be free be free
Surrender your ego - be free, be free to yourself

If there's a God or any kind of justice under the sky
If there's a point, if there's a reason to live or die
If there's an answer to the questions we feel bound to ask
Show yourself - destroy our fears - release your mask
Oh yes we'll keep on trying
Hey tread that fine line
Yeah we'll keep on smiling yeah
And whatever will be - will be

Sun Tzu: The Art of War

Sun Tzu: The Art of War
I. LAYING PLANS

1. Sun Tzu said: The art of war is of vital importance to the State.

2. It is a matter of life and death, a road either to safety or to ruin. Hence it is a subject of inquiry which can on no account be neglected.

18. All warfare is based on deception.
(think about that next time you encounter War-'journalism')

19. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.

20. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder,
and crush him.

21. If he is secure at all points, be prepared for him.
If he is in superior strength, evade him.

22. If your opponent is of choleric temper, seek to
irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant.

23. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest.
If his forces are united, separate them.

24. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where
you are not expected.

25. These military devices, leading to victory, must not be divulged beforehand.

26. Now the general who wins a battle makes many calculations in his temple ere the battle is fought. The general who loses a battle makes but few calculations beforehand. Thus do many calculations lead to victory, and few calculations to defeat: how much more no calculation at all! It is by attention to this point that I can foresee who is likely to win or lose.

II. WAGING WAR

5. Thus, though we have heard of stupid haste in war, cleverness has never been seen associated with long delays.

6. There is no instance of a country having benefited from prolonged warfare.

7. It is only one who is thoroughly acquainted
with the evils of war that can thoroughly understand
the profitable way of carrying it on.

16. Now in order to kill the enemy, our men must
be roused to anger; that there may be advantage from
defeating the enemy, they must have their rewards.

20. Thus it may be known that the leader of armies
is the arbiter of the people's fate, the man on whom it
depends whether the nation shall be in peace or in peril.

III. ATTACK BY STRATAGEM

1. Sun Tzu said: In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemy's country whole and intact; to shatter and destroy it is not so good. So, too, it is better to recapture an army entire than to destroy it, to capture a regiment, a detachment or a company entire than to destroy them.

2. Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.

17. Thus we may know that there are five essentials for victory:
(1) He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight.
(2) He will win who knows how to handle both superior and inferior forces.
(3) He will win whose army is animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks.
(4) He will win who, prepared himself, waits to take the enemy unprepared.
(5) He will win who has military capacity and is not interfered with by the sovereign.

18. Hence the saying: If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

IV. TACTICAL DISPOSITIONS

1. Sun Tzu said: The good fighters of old first put themselves beyond the possibility of defeat, and then waited for an opportunity of defeating the enemy.

2. To secure ourselves against defeat lies in our own hands, but the opportunity of defeating the enemy is provided by the enemy himself.

3. Thus the good fighter is able to secure himself against defeat, but cannot make certain of defeating the enemy.

4. Hence the saying: One may know how to conquer without being able to do it.

V. ENERGY

1. Sun Tzu said: The control of a large force
is the same principle as the control of a few men:
it is merely a question of dividing up their numbers
.

2. Fighting with a large army under your command
is nowise different from fighting with a small one:
it is merely a question of instituting signs and signals.

3. To ensure that your whole host may withstand
the brunt of the enemy's attack and remain unshaken--
this is effected by maneuvers direct and indirect.

4. That the impact of your army may be like a grindstone
dashed against an egg--this is effected by the science
of weak points and strong.

5. In all fighting, the direct method may be used for joining battle, but indirect methods will be needed in order to secure victory.

6. Indirect tactics, efficiently applied, are inexhaustible as Heaven and Earth, unending as the flow of rivers and streams; like the sun and moon, they end but to begin anew; like the four seasons, they pass away to return once more.

7. There are not more than five musical notes, yet the combinations of these five give rise to more melodies than can ever be heard.

8. There are not more than five primary colors (blue, yellow, red, white, and black), yet in combination they produce more hues than can ever been seen.

9. There are not more than five cardinal tastes (sour, acrid, salt, sweet, bitter), yet combinations of them yield more flavors than can ever be tasted.

10. In battle, there are not more than two methods
of attack--the direct and the indirect; yet these two
in combination give rise to an endless series of maneuvers.

11. The direct and the indirect lead on to each other in turn.
It is like moving in a circle--you never come to an end.
Who can exhaust the possibilities of their combination?

12. The onset of troops is like the rush of a torrent
which will even roll stones along in its course.

13. The quality of decision is like the well-timed
swoop of a falcon which enables it to strike and destroy
its victim.

14. Therefore the good fighter will be terrible
in his onset, and prompt in his decision.

15. Energy may be likened to the bending of a crossbow;
decision, to the releasing of a trigger.

More DS9 aka Stargate Station tidbits

Episode 4x10 Our Man Bashir
A James Bond Holodeck story has dr. Julian Bashir as the spy... and none other than Benjamin Sisko (am I the only who thinks Avery Brooks is the worst actor in the entire Star Trek franchise? - ignoring Enterprise, that doesn't exist in my BS :p - WTF!) aka the Obama-Resonator as the Bond-Villain Hippocrates Noah... Hmm interesting, especially the following...

"We are building a new future here, a new beginning for mankind. A new chapter in Human history will open... right here, on my island."
Sisko Hippocrates Noah

"...Visionary, I am going to let mankind begin anew, here, on this Island paradise, the only place that will remain above water on my brave new world..."
Sisko as Hippocrates Noah

SISKO: You make a very interesting argument, Mister Bashir. But I'm afraid I've been looking forward to killing you for a long time.
BASHIR: You need to move beyond that. You need to start thinking about your new world order. You may even need someone like me.
(Bashir has moved near the control console)
SISKO: If you think that by going over there you are going to destroy my control console, you're wasting your time.
BASHIR: I don't intend to destroy your console, Doctor. I intend to use it.
(Bashir presses the large red button.)
DAX: You've just activated the final laser sequence.
KIRA: You've destroyed the Earth.
(to keep the characters busy until they can be beamed out again in the real world, Bashir destroys the holodeck simulated Earth)

GARAK: Interesting. You saved the day by destroying the world.
BASHIR: I bet they didn't teach you that at the Obsidian Order.

Episode 4x12 Crossfire
SHAKAAR: The other day I heard someone say that if you happen to see the wormhole open, you get to make a wish.
KIRA: That's been going around the station for a while now.
(WHOOSH)

Episode 4x17 Accession
Episode 17 of the 4th Season for the "Death & Rebirth of the Emissary"
Our Obama-Resonator happens to be a Religious Icon...
DAX: It isn't that bad, is it, being the Emissary? A few ceremonies, an occasional blessing.
SISKO: I didn't say it was that bad. It's just hard getting used to being a religious icon.
DAX: Really? I think I'd like it.
NOTHING :p
especially that...

Episode 4x22 For the Cause
EDDINGTON [on monitor]: I know you. I was like you once, but then I opened my eyes. Open your eyes, Captain. Why is the Federation so obsessed about the Maquis? We've never harmed you, and yet we're constantly arrested and charged with terrorism. Starships chase us through the Badlands and our supporters are harassed and ridiculed. Why? Because we've left the Federation, and that's the one thing you can't accept. Nobody leaves paradise. Everyone should want to be in the Federation. Hell, you even want the Cardassians (reptilians) to join. You're only sending them replicators because one day they can take their rightful place on the Federation Council. You know, in some ways you're worse than the Borg. At least they tell you about their plans for assimilation. You're more insidious. You assimilate people and they don't even know it.
SISKO: (After a smile?!) You know what, Mister Eddington? I don't give a damn what you think of the Federation, the Maquis, or anything else. All I know is that you betrayed your oath, your duty, and me. (Wow, this is the best the writers could come up with as a reply? Pathetic) And if it takes me the rest of my life, I will see you standing before a court-martial that'll break you and send you to a penal colony, where you will spend the rest of your days growing old and wondering whether a ship full of replicators was really worth it.

This line in the transcript also grabbed my attention:
A lady lizard is basking fully clothed on the hot rocks when the door opens
Two Cardassian Lizzies on the rocks...
Cardassians happen to be quite the deceptive silver-tongued race too.
Speaking of Lizzies, check out these from the TNG 1x06 episode:
We'll have more from Stargate Station in the future I'm sure.

"You don't know anything about God"

Secret Sun readers know about Milo, check out the link for the video of a new game by genius God Game designer and programmer Peter Molyneux: "In Hebrew context, Milo is an abbreviation of the Hebrew name MI "who" KHA "like" IL "god", alias Michael meaning "who resembles God"."

In Belgium there was a singer called Milow who had a big hit last year with "You don't know (anything about me)" ;) the lyrics are kinda funny in a synchromystic way now.

Milow - You Don't Know (Live @ Pyramid Stage Rock Werchter 2007)

sometimes everything seems awkward and large
imagine a Wednesday evening in march
future and past at the same time
I make use of the night start drinking a lot
although not ideal for now it's all that I've got
it's nice to know your name

You don't know you don't know
you don't know anything about me

an ocean a lake I need a place to drown
let's freeze the moment cause we're going down
tomorrow you'll be gone
you're laughing too hard this all seems surreal
I feel peculiar now what do you feel
do you think there's a chance that we can fall

you don't know you don't know
you don't know anything about me
what do I know I know your name
you don't know you don't know
you don't know anything about me anymore

I gave up dreaming for a while
I gave up dreaming for a while

I've noticed these are mysterious days
I look at it and like a jigsaw puzzle and gaze
with wide open mouth and burning eyes
if only I could start to care
my dreams and my Wednesdays ain't going nowhere
baby baby baby you don't know

you don't know you don't know
you don't know anything about me
what do I know I know your name
you don't know you don't know
you don't know anything about me

Earth 1947, Little Green Men & a Shapeshifter

Three Ferengi, called Martians first by the humans, and Odo the Founder and Shapeshifter stumble on 1947 Earth due to an accident in the Star Trek DS9 episode 4x08 Little Green Men. Which has not one, but two Weather Balloon jokes!

Ferengi are like the Orange Strivedrivers of Spiral Dynamics, from the wiki: They and their culture are characterized by a mercantile obsession with profit and trade and their constant efforts to swindle people into bad deals. They are also known for their business acumen and for exploiting females. Like most of their culture, their religion is also based on the principles of capitalism: they offer prayers and monetary offerings to a "Blessed Exchequer" in hopes of entering the "Divine Treasury" upon death, and fear an afterlife spent in the "Vault of Eternal Destitution".

Full episode summary here: They awaken in a laboratory. A human male in the next room exhales cigarette smoke, and calmly summons a General Denning on a telephone. "Tell him one of the Martians is awake," he says. The calendar reads July, 1947.

the humans mimic Quark's movements
"I'd always heard primitive hew-mons lacked intelligence,
but I never thought they were this stupid.
"
Quark

As Rom and Nog awaken, they argue with Quark about what happened, and whether they died in the crash and this is the afterlife. In the next room, several humans have gathered to observe the behavior of the Martians. They activate the speaker and hear a bizarre, otherworldly language being spoken by the aliens. Quark is annoyed he cannot understand what the humans are saying, and surmises their universal translators are malfunctioning. Rom thinks it may be due to nuclear fission radiation in the atmosphere.
When Nog agrees, pointing out that twentieth-century humans actually made weapons that utilized nuclear fission and detonated them on the planet's surface, Quark is horrified. He becomes progressively more disgusted when he notes that the humans all seem to have a habit of inhaling the smoke of a burning tobacco plant, a behavior he finds almost as vile as imbibing root beer. He insists they get off the planet as soon as possible to get away from these "savages."

"If they'll buy poison, they'll buy anything!" Quark

First Ferengi contact!

Nog tries to fool Wainwright into thinking the Ferengi are going to invade Earth, which doesn't work...
Nog: "The first landing parties will arrive here."
Wainwright: "Where?" (on the map)
Nog: "Here, right by this blue blob."
Wainwright: "You mean your people are going to invade... Cleveland?"

But guess who came along for the ride, Founder and Shapeshifter Odo transforms from a sirius Dog(star) of the German Shepherd kind:

Looks kinda lizzy
When Rom hears that there will be a nuclear test in the desert, he comes up with an idea. They fly the ship directly into the blast and jettison the remaining kemocite, which reacts with the bomb to throw them ahead in time to where they started. Back on the base, General Denning thoughtfully chews his cigar and muses on the "crashed weather balloon" they found in nearby Roswell, New Mexico.

Bill Killed: David Carradine found hung in Thailand

David Carradine at age 72 apparently hung himself in Thailand, autoerotic asphyxiation is also suspected. Another possibility is suicided, possibleas Carradine comes from a family of actors along with the hanged-man archetype returning with a celebrity death (see Heath Ledger of course), maybe more will bubble up later in the synchrosphere. He had spoken of suicide before his death though.

I liked this quote:
"I'm not afraid of anything. Why would you be afraid of death? It would be an inconvenience. I have a lot of undone things and it's bound to get in the way. But, no, it doesn't scare me at all."

Double Jeopardy: It all started on the MORNING STAR

This movie just started on tv, and grabbed my conspiracy reality tunnel's attention for a while. Sorry short post with some random pickings, I saw this terrible movie before and don't wanna go through that again. But man this makes me wonder how much we'd see if we really start paying attention and know what to look for.

Plot: A woman framed for her husband's murder suspects he is still alive; as she has already been tried for the crime, she can't be re-prosecuted if she finds and kills him.

Opening lines, mother Libby (jack) PARSONS to child, fishing on the shore, son's lines start with a -, interpret it as 'them' talking to us:
I'm hungry I hope we catch something (with this movie)
Hey help me pull, turn this slowly, slowly! (we help 'them', slowly)
-I am doing it slowly...
Oh matty look
you see that
you see that big boat out there (and a one)
she is the prettiest boat on whidbey island (and a two)
that's the MORNING STAR (hellooo, Lucifer)
someday when yo'ure big enough we're gonna teach you how to sail, it's the best thing there is sailing
-better than fishing?
yeah but you know what kiddo, I don't think I want you to grow up (heh)
-why (easier to control)
what if you grow up and marry some beautiful girl who's gonna go sailing with me then?
-dad?
not a chance.

The Coast Guard boat approaches Morning Star:
Morning Star! This is the coast guard put the knife down now and step away!
-I don't know, I don't know... where my husband is!

the 911 call from the husband:
Mayday, mayday, this is Morning Star.
-State your emergency. -I've been stabbed.
I'm bleeding. Jesus... My name is Nicholas Parsons.
-State your position? -I don't know.
Three miles northwest of Whidbey Island, I guess.
Oh, God!

In court:
Mrs. Parsons, you've heard the testimony presented to this court, -
-and your explanation is that someone must have climbed aboard the Morning Star.
That's right.
Well, let's consider all the possibilities.
Maybe a band of pirates. Or aliens. Did aliens murder your husband?
No, aliens weren't beneficiaries in your husband's life insurance policy.

Also interesting from a dvd review site:
"Sporadic negative dirt (during second unit photography, such as establishing shots of a cursed boat, The Morning Star) hardly downgrades my opinion of the image, which is letterboxed at 2.35:1."

Can You Feel IT?

Thanks to Alienpunk for the heads up on the crazy symbolism in this vid

The Jacksons - Can You Feel It

The video starts with some of their prime directives
voice-over:
In the beginning the land was pure
Even in the early morning light
You could see the beauty in the thorns of nature
Soon men and women of every color and shape would be here too
And they would find it all too easy sometimes not to see the colors
And to ignore the beauty in each other
But they would never lose sight of the dream of A better world that
They could unite and build together in triumph

More of the lyrics which are supposedly Jehova Witness (freemasonic creation)
inspired as MJ was one then. The song was also used by psycho-illusionist Derren Brown in 2006, Derren Brown used the song along with various other psychological motivators to convince a group of 4 people to each commit a bank robbery by their own free will.
The symbolism of the video speaks for itself:

5 eye pyramids in a row:
illuminati all seeing-eye pyramid the jacksons
freemasonic freemasons all seeing-eye pyramid the jacksons

Through the Stargate:

Pyramid and Rainbow:
And the humans in trance just how they like us
Later MJ included this in his lyrics, and the 2 "They don't care about us" videos are pretty good as well. What happened after that were probably the consequences...
