Hey man, Muse hold a big place in my heart as well, but they've been testing my faith the longer time has gone on. To reach the point now where they're so tied to the Olympics, I don't know what to make of it.
Maybe I'm in denial about them being pure pop and nothing more since they woke me up to so much when i was a teenager first finding my feet with music. But this, at last, has to be the point where we can say enough is enough, there's officially no sincerity or authentic heart to anything you do anymore.
what do you make of it? especially with the material Rik Clay brought us. really appreciate your thoughts, one muse admirer to another.

I don't know about you but since I couldn't care less about the Olympics and don't even watch it they don't affect my consciousness.
I find Muse an incredibly inspiring and awesome band and I think the Olympic chaps that chose the song are not really out to mind control us ;)
