Are darts so popular that a dartboard has to hang on nearly every movie set,or do the dartboard makers pay for the privilege to meet their sales targets ?-)
There's only so much stuff you can hang on a wall :p
I got a dartboard, but I don't have any room in my apartment that's big enough to hang it, and that's the second damn place in a row I can't hang it up! It's in a wooden box with two doors with a pirate painted on it, yahr! Plus there's that whole stargate symbolism jazz.
Symbolically,I see the bulls-eye as a representation of the pineal gland,or the gateway to other dimensions. A bit like "The Karate Kid" 's headband in this post -
