InfraGard: permission to ’shoot to kill’ during martial lawThe FBI has created a private entity, called “InfraGard”, which is authorized to shoot to kill during martial law. Insider, Matthew Rothschild, blows the whistle: “We were assured that if we were forced to kill someone to protect our infrastructure, there would be no repercussions,” the whistle blower says. “It gave me goose bumps. It chilled me to the bone.”
