Well, that's it for Obama

Obama passing new law to allow searching of PC's, Laptops, and media devices

International new copyright law, and doing it hush hush too... Sure, incredible more power for governments and more money for the poor ent(e)r(t)ainment industry. Sounds like the change everyone voted for. Is that an alarm clock I hear? I hope so.

Interesting other video...

Senator Jay Rockefeller: Internet should never have existed

The fact that his family is being exposed on it probably has nothing to do with it. All fear the kid from Latvia! *dramatic music*

We're not done yet, next to wanting to destroy his foreign policy's advisor creation Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan, the War on Drugs isn't changing at all either.

Oh and I'm not even doing a write-up of another Obama South Park episode, geez how many can they do? The last one was about the crisis: the economy was God, Kyle was Jesus, and after the whole Jesus story cut to Sun King Obama getting credit instead of Kyle on TV. Seriously, over the top.

and of course, the ubiquitous Wikipedia wrap up - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Counterfeiting_Trade_Agreement

On point of optimism, it was all supposed to be done by the end of 08, started in 07, but attention and the sheer chaos of trying to organize large groups has pushed it at least to this year...

its starts with our computers, next its our homes, and then its our private thoughts...when will it ever end?

Obama is Clinton Redux. They put in these guys to shut people up when they start getting antsy. And look at Clinton's record on privacy and electronic freedom.

These guys are never on our side and never will be.
