I saw Katee Sackhoff - who plays Captain Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace in the new Battlestar Galactica (you're watching this right? ;p) - randomly in a movie that was playing on tv called "How I Married My High School Crush". It's not a very good movie but I caught a fun sync:This is the synopsis:
Sara (Starbuck) has been madly in love with her hunky classmate Brian, star of the school football team, but he doesn't really know she exists. When a solar eclipse inexplicably sends them from high school 1990 to their actual wedding day on October 23, 2007, 17-year old Sara (now in her mid 30s) discovers she and Brian are not prepared at all for adulthood.
So she goes through a 17 year stargate, she also transcended space and time by finding Earth in BSG, after we learn that the Eye of Jupiter was drawn in her house, which is the same stargate symbol that was in the temple of Five.Another funny sync, though this movie is from 2007 so way after BSG started.
Besides saying "I'm gonna put the high back in high school" :p during a press conference of some sorts her character in the movie also says:
"Starbucks cannot take over the world!"
