For more, lucid dreaming can happen whether I'm asleep or awake; it's a matter of reaching that necessary altered state of consciousness.
I've had precog dreams where I was part of the dream, then I find myself living the dream the next day. This is not remote viewing, but precognition. The same applies to clairvoyance and post cognition if you are part of the dream.
For remote viewing, we need to be between mid-delta and low theta rhythms. For me, in this altered state of consciousness, I experience lucid dreams. The difference is, I'm not in the dream.
In remote viewing, we're not part of the target or "the dream;" we're outsiders casually observing. That's what makes remote viewing different from astral projection.
In astral projection, you're astral body is actually there as part of the target. In remote viewing, you're tapping into the universal matrix of consciousness which is everywhere, so there's no need to astrally project.
Otherwise, I say you're right on the money. Thanks for the video presentation and the very nice colour coordination.

How do you define lucid dreaming?
