Klaxons - Atlantis to Interzone

Klaxons - Atlantis to Interzone

If you're into Aleister Crowley, you'll probably love the Klaxons lyrics
Interzone is also a collection of short stories by William S. Burroughs

Good thieves of burning cars encirle poisened rivers minds and hearts
Horses wanna dance but find their wings are damaged, water damaged
Gold is selling now so hurry mighty ocean rising fast
A big man with a plan has got a storm a coming, monster coming

From Atlantis to interzone
You start at the end and you end on your own
From Atlantis to interzone
You start at the end and you end on the throne

With fragments of fiction

Yer dead man half alive who hangs from helping numbers 1,2,5
His ears pricked with a knife hears that the east are coming, west are coming
From gravity's rainbow, the axis here is still unknown
The children's faces glow
The wasteland guides them, wasteland guides them

'Kinell, fast as a speeding bullet, or perhaps faster.

I just slightly amended my Lost post adding the PRICK to the word Nick, as that's what the radio says to Nick Brady in Radio free albemuth - nick the Prick , repeatedly.
Pricked up on the lyric
'His ears pricked with a knife..'
which proves interesting as , just after Prick I wrote in brackets [ check the syringe]

Anyhow , amuses me
Lightens my soul

If you like the Klaxons you might like War Tapes? Check em out. (Though it's more for the sound not the lyrics so I could be wrong... here's a link to one of their songs: http://sarathan.com/free/wartapes)

In any case, I just came across your blog today and I'm definitely putting you on my favorites.. It makes for very interesting reading!
