Regarding chemical weapons, I think that the "depleted" uranium armor-piercing rounds definitely qualify, especially considering the long-term effects of the increase in background radiation, the increase in birth defects and cancer rates seen in Iraq & Afghanistan, both attributed to DU weapon use.
