YouTube Higher Quality

If you type "&fmt=6" (vids at link don't work anymore sadly, but see the image example) after any youtube video address - of which the video is uploaded in high enough quality or size, so it doesn't always work - you will see a slightly higher quality version, if you type in &fmt=18 you can see the mp4 version instead of the low quality flv format. You can see you're succesful when there's an option bottom right of the video to change to standard for faster streaming option.
