Well, it's better than the Secret. They talk a lot about interconnectedness (Entheogen: Awakening the Divine Within does a better job at that, though ironically don't mention entheogens much :p) and service to others (which I prefer calling service to all), they even mention embracing your dark side. It's not highly recommended, but I was in a cynical and pissed off mood before watching it and it alleviated that so that's something. I've had & have so many interesting synchronistic experiences which leads me to the catma that awareness is kind of a search light - though the universe isn't a freaking vending machine as the Secret portrayed. It's obvious that if you only digest the mainstream media, that search light function will practically go totally unnoticed.
